Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FAI FLEUR (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the FAI FLEUR website (the “Website”) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or purchasing our products. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

FAI FLEUR is a crochet knitwear fashion brand offering thoughtfully crafted ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and custom pieces to customers internationally through our online store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you and that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We make every effort to ensure that product images, colours, materials, and descriptions are represented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability at any time.

Certain pieces may be available as made-to-order or custom pieces and may therefore require additional preparation time.

All product prices are displayed on the Website in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, and applicable taxes may be charged separately depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Payment must be received in full before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or technical errors on the Website and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by such an error.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from FAI FLEUR.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where payment has not been received, a product is unavailable, information provided is inaccurate, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Orders requiring in-house preparation are generally prepared within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Once preparation is complete, orders are handed to the selected courier for processing and shipment.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, carrier delays, and circumstances outside our control.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy available on the Website.

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable, including made-to-order, custom-sized, personalised, or final-sale pieces.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable return conditions before placing an order.

For any return or order-related enquiry, please contact our Client Services team with your order number.

Where custom sizing or made-to-order services are offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.

Custom-sized and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time and may not be eligible for return or exchange, as stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

All content appearing on the Website, including but not limited to photographs, videos, text, logos, graphics, designs, product names, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to FAI FLEUR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or otherwise misuse any part of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAI FLEUR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page with the revised date.

Your continued use of the Website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
