• At FAI FLEUR, each piece is carefully crafted with exceptional attention to detail. As all garments are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@faifleur.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order. If you need assistance selecting the right size, our team is always happy to help before you complete your purchase.
