Shipping Policy

FAI FLEUR pieces are handcrafted and many orders are made specifically for each customer.

Our standard in-house production timeframe for couture pieces is 14 business days, while for Ready to wear it takes 10 business days in house production.

Production time begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping does not begin until your order has been completed and dispatched.

Please do not calculate your expected delivery date by adding the shipping timeframe to the order date alone. Your production period must be completed first.

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Basic Shipping: 8–12 business days after dispatch

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Shipping estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include the production period.

Expedited production may be available for certain orders and must be confirmed by FAI FLEUR before payment.

An expedited production fee is separate from the shipping fee.

Expedited production reduces the time required to prepare your garment; it does not replace or include the shipping period.

Express shipping also does not shorten production time unless expedited production has been separately arranged and confirmed.

Expedited requests are subject to production capacity and the specific deadline requested.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your shipment and tracking information.

Tracking information becomes available once the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Please ensure that the email address and phone number provided at checkout are correct so that you can receive shipping notifications.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of FAI FLEUR’s control, including:

* Customs clearance * Import procedures * Weather conditions * Public holidays * Carrier delays * Incorrect or incomplete delivery information * Recipient unavailability * Remote-area delivery * Delays within the destination country

FAI FLEUR cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a specific delivery arrangement has been expressly confirmed in writing by our team.

If you require your order for a specific event, birthday, vacation, or other date, please contact Client Services before placing your order so we can assess whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

If you notice an error in your address, contact Client Services immediately.

FAI FLEUR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional carrier charges, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the carrier and are separate from the FAI FLEUR product price and shipping charge.

FAI FLEUR does not determine these charges and cannot guarantee in advance whether a shipment will be assessed customs duties or taxes.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with their country’s applicable import requirements before placing an international order.

Where DHL Express is selected, the DHL Express charge covers the transportation service provided by DHL.

DHL Express shipping does not mean that customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges are included.

The estimated 3–6 business-day Express Shipping timeframe begins after the order has been completed and dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and responding to delivery or collection requests from the carrier.

If a shipment is held by the carrier because the recipient is unavailable, fails to respond, refuses delivery, does not provide required information, or does not collect the shipment, any resulting additional charges, return fees, storage fees, or re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to FAI FLEUR due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, the customer may be required to pay the applicable re-shipping costs before the package can be dispatched again.

Once a package has been dispatched, it is transported by the selected carrier.

If tracking indicates a delay, customers should contact the carrier directly where appropriate. FAI FLEUR will assist with carrier inquiries where possible.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

By completing an order with FAI FLEUR, you acknowledge that:

* Production and shipping are separate timeframes. * Production must be completed before shipping begins. * Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. * International shipments may be subject to destination-country customs charges. * The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. * The customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment after dispatch.

FAI FLEUR reserves the right to update shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates where necessary.
