Essential information for your FAI FLEUR experience.
FAI FLEUR is an artisanal fashion atelier creating bespoke and made-to-order garments. You can reach us at hello@faifleur.com.
Orders & Accounts: Name, delivery address, phone, email, order history, and saved wishlist.
Atelier & Bespoke Commissions: Custom measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) and fit notes provided for made-to-measure pieces.
We use session cookies and local storage to keep you signed in to My FAI FLEUR, remember your cart items, and retain your wishlist across visits.
Only essential partners needed to deliver your garments:
Shipping: DHL and courier partners to deliver your parcel and provide tracking updates.
Payments: Secure payment providers, including card processors, Remitly, or direct bank transfer references. We never store full payment card details or banking passwords.
Account and order details are retained so you can access your order history and tracking in My FAI FLEUR, and for required tax or transaction records.
You can review and edit your account details directly inside your My FAI FLEUR dashboard, or email hello@faifleur.com to request complete data removal, subject to required tax or transaction record retention.
